Completed: Kaiser Bellflower MOB Behavioral Health Skin Upgrade

The key aspect of this project was a remodel to enclose the exterior walkways on the main tower of the facility.

Elite’s scope included the retrofit of the existing exterior skin with a curtainwall system including formed aluminum panels transitioning around Trespa panels to match the existing patient tower.
