Completed: Castaic High School

This $100 million project was for the construction of the new Castaic High School, consisting of twelve new buildings totaling 256,230 SF on a 58 acre campus. New buildings include five classroom buildings, an administration building, a science classroom and library building, a gymnasium building with locker rooms and training spaces, a performing arts building, a full-service food service building, and a maintenance building.

Completed: Los Angeles Harbor College SAILS Student Union Building

Design and construction of a new Student Union Building to contain approximately 58,000 gross square feet on 2-levels is included as a S.A.I.L.S. project.

Elite’s scope included multiple integrated curtain wall systems which were designed by Elite and were required to meet stringent LACCD seismic criteria. 

The project included exterior and interior storefront systems as well as many skylights and 4’ diameter solar tubes.  Also prominent are oversized bi-fold doors and a large interior system throughout including auto doors and transaction windows.  The project also present complex waterproofing applications given the various skin elements of the building.

Completed: Monsignor Oscar Romero Charter Middle School

The Monsignor Oscar Romero Charter Middle School project involved the construction of a new 49,000 SF charter middle school, including a 3,608 SF one-story administration building, a 28,906 SF two-story classroom building, a 4,817 SF one-story multi-purpose building, and 18,000 SF of underground parking.
