Located in Valencia, CA., the new tower of the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital project consists of a new six story patient tower. The 160,000 square foot facility provides 130 additional patient beds to the hospital’s campus in Valencia and two new surgery suites in the Center for Women and Newborns. The $151 million project provides for 90 additional rooms as well as an emergency helipad.
This OSHPD project consisted of significant curtain wall applications and oversized storefronts in punched openings. The project had a substantial amount of fire rated glass throughout as well as all-glass interior partitions.
