Recently Completed: 8899 Beverly Condominiums
8899 Beverly are high-profile condominiums located in the Arts and Design District of West Hollywood. Complete with many amenities such as fitness center, yoga studio, parking stables, on-site Madeo Ristorante, a 12,000 square-foot outdoor common area, an 11-meter outdoor pool with surrounding gardens, and landscaping providing privacy for residents.
The project utilizes the first TI Beam system on the West Coast, and all the glass used on the project was manufactured and shipped from Tivitec Glass out of Spain, including 23’ tall insulated glass units located in the South Tower.
When entering the 9th floor Penthouse, visitors find a full, 360-degree glass guardrail, codesigned and implemented by Elite.

Located at the highly visible corner of Sunset Boulevard and North Doheny Drive where Beverly Hills meets West Hollywood, the Marriott Edition Hotel & Residences consists of two towers, one 10 stories and the other 14 stories. The high design project by renowned designer Ian Schrager features 190 guest rooms and 48 suites with 2 penthouses.
The hotel also features 20 luxury residences and over 6,500 square feet of meeting and event space. The hotel boasts inspiring and sophisticated outlets which include a signature restaurant, lobby lounge, basement club and expansive rooftop pools.

Lobby Renovations included security system upgrades, installation of new exterior bi-fold glazing partitions, new lighting including feature fixtures, installation of a new ceiling, lobby benches, barrisol ceilings at elevator lobbies and new custom reception / security desks.
