Kaiser Permanente opened the La Habra Medical Office Building (MOB) in late 2017. The La Habra MOB is one of Kaiser’s first “RAD” (Re-Imagined Ambulatory Design) facilities, which aims to re-think and add a more personal touch to patient care in the MOB environment. The 28,000-square-foot structure is targeting LEED Platinum certification.
The project is a two-story medical office building with Viewglass dynamic glazing integrated into the storefront system and automatic entrances. The design feature includes a segmented radius storefront with the dynamic glass.
