The City National Plaza project consisted of renovation of existing lobbies during full occupancy of both towers and a new indoor / outdoor Event Center amenity for the Plaza in the North Tower. Lobby Renovations included security system upgrades, installation of new exterior bi-fold glazing partitions, new lighting including feature fixtures, installation of a new ceiling, lobby benches, barrisol ceilings at elevator lobbies and new custom reception / security desks. 

Event Center work included extensive demolition of existing offices and finishes, new bathroom, kitchen, and bar facilities, new lighting and audio visual interior and exterior, exterior water and fire features, multi-level patio area with trellis and planter areas.

Elite’s scope included the ground floor lobby exterior and interior renovation. The project consists of a complete renovation of both lobbies adding fifty-three new glass doors with custom hardware, oversized exterior aluminum panels, bifold doors and a glass fence.
