8899 Beverly are high-profile condominiums located in the Arts and Design District of West Hollywood. The project utilizes the first TI Beam system on the West Coast, and all the glass used on the project was manufactured and shipped from Tivitec Glass out of Spain, including 23’ tall insulated glass units located in the South Tower.
