The Monsignor Oscar Romero Charter Middle School project involved the construction of a new 49,000 SF charter middle school, including a 3,608 SF one-story administration building, a 28,906 SF two-story classroom building, a 4,817 SF one-story multi-purpose building, and 18,000 SF of underground parking.
Elite’s scope consisted of classroom windows with operable egress single hung windows with security screens, bifold doors and fire rated glass.
