Located at the highly visible corner of Sunset Boulevard and North Doheny Drive where Beverly Hills meets West Hollywood, the Marriott Edition Hotel & Residences consists of two towers, one 10 stories and the other 14 stories. The high design project by renowned designer Ian Schrager features 190 guest rooms and 48 suites with 2 penthouses.
The hotel also features 20 luxury residences and over 6,500 square feet of meeting and event space. The hotel boasts inspiring and sophisticated outlets which include a signature restaurant, lobby lounge, basement club and expansive rooftop pools.
Elite’s scope included all exterior curtain wall and storefront features as well as oversized sliders and aluminum screens on all guest rooms and residences. The residences feature expansive terrace space with glass guardrails and motorized sliding door systems. The rooftop on the 14th floor features a massive 16-foot high sliding glass door system that allows the rooftop bar to be opened to the expansive views of the entire Los Angeles basin.
Both rooftop areas feature perimeter glass windscreens and extensive handrails. Elite was also responsible for interior glass features for the residence bathrooms and a variety of interior storefront and door features.
